LGBTQ Youth

Young people who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, or question their sexuality (LGBTQ) present specific challenges for professionals working with them.  Service providers must be aware of the unique issues affecting LGBTQ youth and educate themselves about the most appropriate manner in which to address them.
