Confidential Online Referral

Welcome to the NCRIC confidential online referral system:
NCRIC refers unaccompanied immigrant children released from U.S. federal custody to attorneys that provide pro bono legal representation.  When making the referral, please provide detailed information about the child’s situation to allow NCRIC to conduct culturally appropriate and sensitive screening of the case.  The information provided to NCRIC is confidential and will be used only for the purpose of obtaining legal counsel.
