Documentary Details Plight of Unaccompanied Immigrant Children
Don't miss the documentary Which Way Home on HBO, Monday, August 24th. Director Rebecca Cammisa follows several unaccompanied children from Latin America as they journey north to the U.S. Kevin, Fito, and José are only three of thousands of children who flee extreme poverty, abuse and other difficulties in search of a better life in the United States. Cammisa also documents what happens when authorities catch a migrant child and entangle him in the bureaucratic process of the immigration courts, as is the case with José.
